– Respect your neighbors, make as little noise as possible, especially outside the hours established by law, that is, after 10 pm.

– Parties are not allowed, and in the case of music, try to moderate it so as not to disturb the neighbors.

– It is advisable not to wear smaller clothes on the terrace as there may be people who feel uncomfortable.

– Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but must do so outside.

– Avoid leaving debris or rubbish inside the apartment.

– For your safety, whenever you enter the building, lock the door.
